Go to Schools ? My School Junior High. Click Teacher Pages. This then takes you to the Stoneware portal teacher pages. Scroll down and click the link for Mr. Smith – Science. Click the only class listed for this teacher – Science – Hours 1,2,3,5 & 7. Notice now under Templates that it says “No templates”. At the top of the page, click the link for Mr. Smith – Huron Science. Select the same Science link from the Class dropdown menu. Now the templates are displayed. Any idea why the templates would not be displayed when the class is selected from the search page but then they are when the class is selected from the teacher page? It’s quite confusing for parents and others that access the page frequently. And it seems to only happen with this particular teacher. Any help would be appreciated! |
| Resolution | Defect, has been fixed in 5.2.0.1 The issue is with the &' sign in the Science - Hours 1,2,3,5 &'7.
