| Summary | Loader keeps locking up |
| Details | Customer says that just about every day, their loader locks up. They restart and it stays running for a while and then stops. Customer saw a message about Out Of Memory on the console when it was running in a cmd window. |
| Resolution | Had customer adjust memory parameters in their webnetwork.lax file. Their memory settings were at the default of 256 which is not large enough for a production system. They raised the memory to 1024 and the problems went away. |
