| Details | Customer added a teacher named tim o'dell and not the populate database option in webpages administrator does not show up. |
| Resolution | This was a bug with special chars like ' ( o'dell) , this has been fixed in the latest hotfix for webnetwork 5.1 (at the time of this KB item, 5.1.0.5)
