| Details | Customer was not able to locate where admin users were assigned profiles. |
| Resolution | Select the profile you want users to have using webadmin. Then add the users in the Assigned Desktop Users box in the profile properties. You can add individual users, groups or OU's. When saved, this will go to those users, groups , ou's and replace whatever profile was originally assigned to this object. |
