| Details | When we try to use the exchange integration in webnetwork to hook up to an exchange calendar, we are getting an error and in the error it shows 440 timeout error. What does this mean ? |
| Resolution | This means that the OWA server could not log in the user. This can come from a bad username or password or domain. This customer was pointing webnetwork to the OWA login form from a MS ISA server and not the real owa server. ISA prevents webdav from functioning properly and thus causes webnetwork to not be able to connect to the mailbox.
