| Details | Customer says that pdf conversion is not working in Teampages. They checked off the PDF conversion but the files are not converted. |
| Resolution | The PDF conversion is done via 3rd party tools. The pdf conversion checkbox is only to tell webnetwork to save the uploaded files into the BEFORE directory. The pdf conversion tools takes them in the before directory, converts them and puts them in the root of the teampages swift node. It also tells teampages to use a .pdf extention. Customer did not install the 3rd party tools like Neevia.
