| Details | Customer can't get webpages to deploy, it errors out when it tries to create the webpagesguest account. |
| Resolution | This is because for microsoft Active Directory to create a user with a password requires SSL for LDAP. Customer was not using SSL for LDAP. To fix this, a certificate needs to be installed on the domain controller or a certificate authority needs to be installed so the domain controller automatically finds it and requests a certificate after a reboot. |
