| Resolution | Made sure that new test user had access to the same components like wn5-display user component, and the new test user had the same profile. Upon examination, the good test user had a web template defined to load the displaycomponents.jsp, but the new test user did not. Upon examination the profile did not have a login script to launch the dashboard if the user did not have web template defined. Explained to customer how the profiles are assignned, how inheritance is done, how to check what links a user has rights to. Also walked through some info making a test ou and users so as not to effect other users. |
