| Details | Customer is using tabs and it stating that tabs are in different order for different users. Customer uses groups to assign tabs to various users. |
| Resolution | I believe your issue stems from the use of Groups to assign tabs and how the Microsoft AD returns the groups that you belong to.
All users might belong to same groups, but there is no guarantee that each user will have their groups returned in the same order. The best way to force the same order is to use OU’s to assign things, otherwise expect to see them in different order. |
