| Details | Customer has a user that when they login gets the wrong profile. |
| Resolution | What can cause a user to get a different profile:
1) Wrong profile assigned to this user, a group the user belongs to or the organizational unit that the user is in. 2) The profile assigned might have to be modified for the Browser Restriction section to allow newer browsers to connect. There is a wizard button that lets you choose the browsers or operating systems that should use this browser. |
