| Details | Customer is trying to configure Groupware services in 5.3.0.0 and it fails to connect and debug gives the error : Unable to locate the folder http://10.250.11.20:7191/soap

| Resolution | This was a bug in 5.3.0.0 and is fixed in sp1. Webadmin failed to properly save the values for the configuration of the Calendar, Inbox, Task or Contacts. Once sp1 is installed, you can fix the folder to open, save the change and things should start working.
