| Details | Customer could not login to DMZ relay or inside relay and restarted the webnetwork boxes. They still do not work. |
| Resolution | Had customer start webnetwork in a cmd window and viewed the errors.
In the console output the following displayed: [Root exception is javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target] This is the same information as : http://www.stone-ware.com/sw/support/kbdump/ABC-1973-XYZ.html Had customer click on the Import SSL button on the 8090 management console under directory services. Shut down the loader and started back up and everything came up properly. Then restarted the DMZ relay so it could connect to the loader and get its configuration. |
