McCarran International Airport (LAS) is the principal commercial airport serving Las Vegas and surrounding Clark County, Nevada. McCarran and the four general aviation facilities in the Clark County Airport System are owned by Clark County, Nevada and operated by the Clark County Department of Aviation. As a common use airport, McCarran’s IT staff is responsible for all the IT equipment and services provided for the facility, as well as the resident airlines. To safely and securely;
SolutionStoneware’s webNetwork now provides McCarran the opportunity to quickly, safely, securely and individually provide remote, real-time access of data and applications to all airport and executive staff, transportation/safety organizations and external contractors for improved airport performance, cost savings and efficiency. Through a single point of tiered, web-based access these audiences can view email, collaborate on large file documents, view security videos, review work in progress, keep close tabs on airline performance statistics, and much more – wherever they are, safely securely and individually.
“Initially we were very skeptical about what webNetwork could do for us. Once we got the product, we quickly learned it can do just what was promised and much more. Not only is it powerful, it was inexpensive. Of all the things we have spent money on, this has given us the biggest bang for the buck.” |
