| Resolution | First it will depend on what you have your log rotation settings set to. You can check them by looking at the Relay Logging page on each relay object (through Relay Admin in the webAdmin Dashboard). The default is to rotate weekly, which means only the last 7 days worth of data would be kept. Then you can either run the built-in Authentication Report (located under Reports, when logged into the portal as a member of the webNetworkAdminGroup). If you need more data, or to filter more, you would have to write a custom report to mine the Report Database. |
