Your Network
webNetwork is private cloud technology that is deployed inside your organization's network/DMZ infrastructure. The two-tier server/relay architecture allows you to create a secure private cloud framework where applications, data, and services reside on the internal network while cloud access to these services sits securely within the DMZ. Users accessing the private cloud will communicate over SSL to the webNetwork Relay in order to gain access to their virtual web desktop (webOS) and the services provided within that desktop.
Your Servers
webNetwork is a server based solution that is installed on your hardware inside your computer room. It is capable of running on most server operating system platforms such as Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, and Unix. It can easily adjust server resources to accommodate increased service demands as more and more users access the system. Organizations can also take advantage of webNetwork's session-level clustering to create a private cloud that is both scalable and available 24 by 7.
Under Your Control
The webNetwork private cloud is under your complete control. Access to applications, services, and data that you have plugged into your private cloud is managed through your network's directory service. Leverage Microsoft's Active Directory or Novell's eDirectory environment to control access to cloud resources, applications, interfaces, configuration, and more. Because webNetwork leverages your existing security infrastructure, you maintain complete control of the cloud environment while at the same time reducing day to day management and support costs.
